Project Details:

• The Malaysian Judgments Portal, designed as the official repository of the Malaysian judgments and rulings, is a joint initiative of Asean LIC, the Malaysian Judiciary and the Law Deans Council to promote transparency of laws and better access to legal information by providing free, easy and value-added access to Malaysian judgments and rulings. 

• It aims to develop a gold standard in publishing judgments – a Malaysian model that can be showcased to other countries in the Asean. 

• The judgments reported in the Portal will carry publication-independent neutral citations for the first time in Malaysia.
