Project Details:

• Asean Law Guide is proposed as a web portal intended to assist businesses to identify and understand laws relevant to doing business in one or more Asean countries. 

• This “connecting businesses to law” initiative by Asean LIC will bring together over 600 experts from 10 countries to restate the relevant laws (100+ specialities across 28 areas of law) and related procedures and practices in a language and style that businesses can easily comprehend and put to use. It will adopt a pragmatic content development and management strategy. 

• Asean Law Guide aims to empower business people with relevant legal knowledge to do their business, and thus to support the effective doing of business, particularly cross-border trade and commerce, with and within the Asean.
