Mediation 360
Mediation 360
About
For mediation to thrive, a favourable ecosystem - where the disputants and potential disputants fully understand, appreciate and utilise mediation as a dispute resolution tool in appropriate situations, and where the disputants are guided and supported by qualified mediators, trained mediation advocates, sympathetic lawyers and other professionals, and efficient mediation service providers and mediation institutes - is essential.
Mediation 360 aims to build such an ecosystem by creating awareness about mediation, letting people know about its qualities, process, and benefits.
It aims to reach 100,000 individuals by 2026, including professionals (such as legal and management professionals), students (from law, management, and senior secondary school levels), government officials, elected representatives, and businesspeople.
The reaching out exercise involves the dissemination of curated information on mediation, typically through a 60-90 minute lecture or activity led by an expert. The speakers will present different perspectives and employ various teaching methods tailored to their audience.
How to collaborate?
Subject to the terms and conditions, an organisation or individual may:
co-organise or co-host a Mediation 360 event;
sponsor a Mediation 360 event; and/or
