What is MLA?

MLA is a weekly e-mail publication for lawyers and businesses. It monitors and gathers information from over 150 local and foreign sources, and briefly reports all major legal developments in Malaysia including legislation, cases, regulations, guidelines and updates from regulatory bodies, events, books, articles, products and services. FREE Value-added Services from MLA

MLA offers value-added services such as MLA Manager (one installation per organization), MLA Friday Mail (every fortnight) and MLA Wednesday Analyses (on selected Wednesdays) free of charge for one year when you subscribe to MLA in the inaugural year.

MLA Manager is a custom-built software provided by AmberSoft. It allows you to file and store MLA items under preferred categories on your desktop or network. You can, as and when you require, search and retrieve MLA items using a broad range of parameters and catch words. MLA Manager will be installed on one central computer in your organization free of charge when you subscribe to MLA.

MLA Friday Mail provides you with case law alerts from the appellate courts of United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore, and news alerts from selected foreign jurisdictions. It is available every other Friday to MLA subscribers.

MLA Wednesday Analyses brings together in-house and external experts to provide you with an in-depth analysis of significant legal and related developments in Malaysia. It is available on selected Wednesdays to MLA subscribers.
